If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help make it right.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your adventure gear meets your family’s needs.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
  • Free of any damage, stains, or signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Calcetines deportivos (Sports Socks) – hygiene reasons
  • Calleras (Sports Bras) – intimate apparel
  • Camisetas (T-shirts) – unless with original tags and packaging
  • Any items that show signs of use or are not in resalable condition

Step-by-Step Return Process

We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Securely package the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Ship to our address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt.

Step 5: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refund Information

Refund Processing Time:

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days

What’s Refunded:

  • Full item price
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Exchange Process

Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item using your preferred shipping method. You’ll be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping costs.
