Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Burley adventure gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your gear meets your family’s adventure needs.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
- Free of any damage, stains, or signs of wear
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Calcetines deportivos (Sports Socks) – hygiene reasons
- Calleras (Sports Bras) – intimate apparel
- Camisetas (T-shirts) – unless with original tags and packaging
- Any items that show signs of use or are not in resalable condition

We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and detailed shipping instructions.
Securely package the items in their original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, and tags.
Ship to our address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt for reference.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
